What is SimpliFleet?
A web-based system for company vehicles, drivers, documents, costs and trips, mainly for small and medium-sized fleets.
Does it include GPS tracking?
No. It's built for fleet administration; live vehicle tracking needs a separate telematics service.
Does it replace spreadsheets?
Yes. It takes over the vehicle, driver, cost and deadline records you keep in spreadsheets.
What happens after the trial?
No automatic billing and no credit card needed. After a chat you choose a plan, or close the account.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on iPhone: SimpliFleet is on the App Store. Drivers record departures, arrivals and work time on their phone, dispatchers plan trips, and the office approves submitted entries. On other phones it works in the browser.
Who builds it?
DVP Systems Kft., a Hungarian software company that also builds SimpliTime.
Only for hauliers?
No. It is also built for service companies, contractors, sales fleets and SMEs with several company cars.
What is a completion certificate?
A document the client accepts to confirm that a trip or service was delivered; many contracts require it before invoicing. SimpliFleet generates it in .docx from the recorded trip data.
