2. What data do we process on this website?
- Contact: the contact form opens your email client, so the website server does not store this content. Data sent by email (name, email address, message) is processed for the purpose of preparing quotes and arranging demos, on the basis of legitimate interest or steps prior to entering into a contract.
- Requesting Excel templates by email: the template can be downloaded without an email address. If you provide your address, our server (
/lead.php) saves the following in the DVP Systems administration system: the email address, the requested template and the page, the time of the request, the random visitor ID stored in the browser (if any), a hash derived from the IP address and, where separate consent is given, its text, version and time. For business addresses we may match the address to public company data based on the domain. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and for sending tips and offers, the consent given by ticking the separate checkbox; for preventing abuse, legitimate interest (point (f)). Details: DVP Systems privacy notice, section 2.6 (in Hungarian). - Web analytics (based on consent): two measurements start only after your explicit consent. Google Analytics 4: usage data (page views, clicks, scroll depth, language, device type). Our own visit measurement (
/track.php, in the DVP Systems admin system): the_pvidpersistent random visitor ID, referring page, campaign parameters, a hash derived from the IP address, the country and city estimated from the IP address, the browser identifier (user agent), clicks, scroll depth and time spent on the page. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We do not record form content or licence plate numbers. You can withdraw your consent at any time on the cookie policy page. - Trial registration: registration takes place in the application at app.simplifleet.hu; the processing of the data entered there is covered by the application's privacy notice and the DVP Systems Terms and Conditions (in Hungarian).
3. Data transfers, processors
If you consent to web analytics, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) processes measurement data as a data processor. Template emails and hosting are served by processors within the EU. We use IP anonymisation in Google Analytics; we do not use advertising cookies.
4. Retention periods
Contact emails: until the matter is closed, for at most 2 years. Analytics data: for the retention period set in Google Analytics (by default at most 14 months). Our own visit measurement: for as long as it is needed to analyse traffic; you can request deletion at any time at the address above. Excel template request: 1 year from the request; where marketing consent is given, until it is withdrawn, and the data needed to prove the consent for at most 5 years after withdrawal.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability, and you may object to the processing, at hello@dvp.systems. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).
